Configuration Elements
- rotkeeper.yaml: Main settings file for directory paths, author fields, and metadata options.
- dip-whitelist.md: Whitelisted files that are skipped during obsolete checks in DIP.
- asset-manifest.md: The manifest mapping asset paths to SHA256 integrity hashes.
- Schema reference: Field-by-field schemas for the YAML and manifest files.
